I’m seeing posts abt making “leelah’s law” to outlaw conversion therapy… correct me if I’m wrong, but I feel like it would be more beneficial to make leelah’s law something that forces child protective services to recognize the misgendering of a transgender child as child abuse. That would include conversion therapy under it but it would also include a lot more. I personally know a lot of people who would be helped by that.
